Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber License required.
• Requires four years of plumbing installation/repair experience.
• Must pass background checks and safety tests.

Responsibilities

• Installs new and repairs plumbing systems.
• Develops routine preventive maintenance schedules for systems.
• Maintains time and material records for tasks performed.
• Obtains permits for new plumbing work as required by regulators.
• Responds to service requests and provides estimates of time and materials.
