PsychPlus is hiring a Licensed Therapist to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults in a remote, part-time schedule. The role involves group therapy facilitation, biopsychosocial assessments, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4pm–6pm, with 6 to 20 hours per week depending on census. Candidates must hold an active Ohio license (LISW/LPCC preferred) and have experience with adults and group therapy.

We are hiring Licensed Therapist – IOP Adults

Work Setting: Remote | Part Time | Virtual Group Therapy

Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 4pm - 6pm

We’re looking for a Licensed Therapist to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

This role is an important part of the team in our Partial Hospitalization Program- treating adults struggling with mental health challenges. This role includes group work and biopsychosocial assessment. We're looking for someone passionate about mental health, ready to make a positive impact on the lives of adults of all age groups!

What You’ll Do

• Support adult participating in our virtual IOP.
• Build positive, trusting relationships.
• Provide support to adults experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Facilitate IOP group therapy for adults.
• Support development of coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral strategies.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments when needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Minimum of 6 and up to 20 hours per week depending on need and census.
• Role will run two 3 hour groups a week, see clients for individual sessions, and complete diagnostic assessments for adults in the IOP program.
