Job summary

ADAM JURS-STATE FARM AGENT is seeking Licensed Insurance Sales and Customer Service professionals in Indiana. You will support existing clients, handle inquiries, and coordinate with the agency team to deliver exceptional service.

A licensed or licensable candidate in Property and Casualty & Life and Health is required. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license or ability to obtain licensing in Property and Casualty & Life and Health.
• State Farm experience preferred; insurance experience is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
