Role Description This full-time, on-site Licensed Insurance Agent role is based in Brownsburg, IN. The Licensed Insurance Agent will assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance and financial products, including auto, home, life, and other lines based on their needs and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs-based conversations, preparing personalized quotes, processing applications, managing policy changes, and providing prompt service on billing and coverage inquiries. The role involves proactive outreach to existing and prospective customers, following up on leads, and participating in community-focused marketing activities to grow the agency’s customer base. The Licensed Insurance Agent will work collaboratively with the State Farm Agent and team to achieve sales, retention, and customer satisfaction objectives while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively recommend and explain coverage options.
• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to support customers with policy selection and basic financial product understanding.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (and ability/willingness to obtain Life & Health license) in Indiana or eligibility to become licensed promptly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in clear, accessible terms.
• Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, quoting tools, and standard office software.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales and service targets while working both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales is preferred but not required.
