Qualifications

• Active insurance license OR ability to obtain licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
• State Farm experience preferred; insurance experience is a bonus.
• Must be able to solve problems quickly and be proficient with basic computer functions.
• Must be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone.
• Position open to U.S. Residents only.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions.
