State Farm experience is preferred; the role emphasizes helping people, solving problems quickly, and delivering exceptional client experiences in a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required or licensing in progress.
• State Farm experience preferred and insurance knowledge valued.
• Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services with high phone etiquette.
• Perform data entry to update customer records and track interactions.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvements.
• Collaborate with team to enhance customer satisfaction and outcomes.
