Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Jacksonville is seeking a Field Insurance Service Representative to assist members with policies, payments, renewals, and product inquiries. You will help with service, problem solving, and sales support to promote ACG insurance, membership, and financial products.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a Property & Casualty license, and the ability to obtain/maintain state licenses. Training completes within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.
• Must qualify for and maintain state licenses to sell/service AAA products.
• Completion of Customer Service, Insurance, and Membership training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer insurance inquiries, explain product features and service advantages, and support sales processing.
• Service insurance policies, process applications, renewals, amendments, and billing questions in accordance with state rules.
• Provide insurance product quotes, apply underwriting rules, identify cross-sell opportunities, and promote insurance, membership, financial products.
• Process insurance and membership payments and conduct retention calls; assist with promotions while following guidelines.
• Assist with office events to generate insurance revenue and support local community activities.
