Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Insurance Service Representative to support members with insurance policies, payments, renewals, and product inquiries. This role blends service, problem-solving, and sales support to help members protect what matters most while promoting ACG’s offerings.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, quoting policies, processing applications and renewals, and assisting with payments and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance products, terms and processes.
• Ability to sell and cross-sell insurance and membership products.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer insurance inquiries, explain product features and services, and resolve complaints with management support.
• Provide insurance product quotes, apply underwriting rules, complete sales, identify cross-sell opportunities, and refer to agents.
• Service insurance policies, renewals, changes, endorsements, and billing questions per state rules and policies.
• Process insurance payments, renewals, and retention calls; support promotions and retention activities.
• Assist with office events to generate revenue and raise member product awareness.
