Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a customer-focused Field Insurance Service Representative to support members with insurance policies, payments, renewals, and product inquiries. This role blends service, problem-solving, and sales support to help members protect what matters most while promoting ACG’s insurance, membership, and financial products.

Located at 10991 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL inside Walmart, the position offers a full-time schedule with weekday hours and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain all state licenses/appointments.
• Successful completion of related training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Member Support: respond to inquiries, explain features, support sales processing, resolve complaints with management support.
• Insurance Policy Servicing & Processing: service policies, process renewals, changes, and billing questions.
• Sales, Quotes & Referrals: provide quotes, apply underwriting rules, promote products, refer to agents as needed.
• Payments, Renewals & Retention: process payments, conduct retention calls, address delinquencies.
• Community & Office Support: assist with office events to generate revenue and awareness.
