Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a customer-focused Field Insurance Service Representative to support members with insurance policies, payments, renewals, and product inquiries. This on-site, full-time role is based at 1520 Military Cutoff Road, Wilmington, NC 28403, with a schedule Mon–Fri 8:30am–6pm and rotating Saturdays.

You will combine service, problem solving and sales support to promote ACG insurance, membership and financial products while delivering outstanding member experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state licenses/appointments to sell/service Auto Club Group products.
• Successful completion of Customer Service, Insurance and Membership training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer insurance inquiries and explain product features; support sales processing and resolve complaints with management support as needed.
• Participate in team service efforts to deliver consistent, customer‑focused support.
• Service insurance policies and process applications, renewals, endorsements, billing questions, and new business applications.
• Respond to eligibility/coverage questions; prepare proposals and update member information.
• Provide quotes, identify cross‑sell opportunities, promote products and refer customers to agents when appropriate.
