Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for insurance customers
- Handle customer questions, policy changes, and service needs
- Review customer accounts and identify coverage opportunities
- Explain insurance products and coverage options
- Prepare quotes and assist customers with their insurance decisions
- Follow up with customers and leads
- Help retain existing customers through excellent service
- Identify opportunities to generate additional business
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Support the overall growth of the agency
