Great Florida Insurance of Delray Beach is seeking Florida 4-40 licensed agents to join our growing team in Delray Beach, FL. Newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply, and there is potential to learn and grow in a long-term insurance career.

We offer a base salary of $40,000-$50,000 with bonus opportunities, along with benefits after 90 days—plus training and strong team support in a great local work environment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 4-40 Resident Customer Representative License, or currently completing the requirements to obtain your license.
• Newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Insurance agency experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
• Experience with EZLynx is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, positive, and dependable attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine desire to help customers and build a career in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders.
• Answer insurance questions and assist with policy needs.
• Process policy changes, payments, certificates, and other service requests.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work with our team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to assist clients with additional insurance needs.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information within our agency management system.
• Learn and grow your knowledge of insurance products, procedures, and agency operations.
