Qualifications

• Active Florida 4-40 license required.
• Minimum 3 years insurance agency experience.

Our Miramar office offers a professional, team-oriented environment where accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning are valued. We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales & Service Representative to help clients protect what matters most by providing personalized home, auto, and personal insurance solutions while building long-term customer relationships. You will quote, bind, and service policies, conduct coverage reviews, and identify opportunities to expand household protection.

Expected First-Year Earnings: $36,000–$48,000. This includes base salary, commission, and performance bonuses, with successful producers earning $48,000+.
