You will connect with prospects, nurture existing customers, and educate individuals on suitable insurance options that meet their needs.

Qualificações

• Active Property & Casualty license required by the date of hire.
• Entry-level candidates welcome; prior sales or customer service experience is helpful.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Contact prospective customers, respond to inquiries, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and ask questions to understand customers’ insurance needs.
• Explain coverage options and prepare quotes within licensing guidelines.
• Review existing coverage as needs change for current customers.
• Assist with billing inquiries and routine account updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete follow-up tasks.
• Work with the agent to meet sales, service, and retention goals.
• Protect customer information and follow agency procedures.
