Base pay range: $86,000.00/yr - $106,000.00/yr

Role Details

This position involves outside territory sales, offering scheduling flexibility and autonomy. You will engage with small to medium-sized businesses, presenting our top-tier supplemental insurance products. Training includes classroom sessions, hands-on experience, and self-paced modules.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in athletics, military, law enforcement, or a proven success track record is preferred but not required.
Core Responsibilities
  • Utilize our Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your professional network.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
  • Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
  • Visit businesses, develop relationships, follow up on leads, and reservice clients.
  • Build and maintain your client portfolio.
  • Set and work towards sales targets with your manager.
  • Plan weekly schedules and record daily activity.
Qualifications & Soft Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build connections quickly.
  • Passion for helping others, resilience, and a successful track record in sales or leadership roles.
  • Clear personal goals, positive attitude, and optimism.
  • Quick thinking, situational awareness, and critical thinking skills.
  • Desire for learning, good time management, and ability to work independently.
  • Background in sports, coaching, or athletics is a plus.
