You will develop relationships, assess client needs, explain policy details, process applications, and stay informed about products and regulatory changes while contributing to team targets in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active California Property & Casualty License required.
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with insurance agency management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies.
• Explain policy coverage, benefits, and exclusions clearly.
• Process new business applications and endorsements.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
