Ayanna Ford-Bogan - State Farm Agency in Covington, GA is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to help customers find protection that fits their needs and to generate business for the agency.

The ideal candidate holds a Property and Casualty license (Life/Health license preferred), demonstrates strong communication, and is driven to meet sales goals in an in-office environment with growth opportunities within the agency.

Ayanna Ford-Bogan - State Farm Agency, located in Covington, GA has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. We are an award winning State Farm agency focused on fulfilling the needs of our customers and creating success for our team.

• Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Covington, GA. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

• Starting base salary $40,000 - $75,00 plus unlimited commissions

Requirements:

• Insurance Sales Experience
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
