You will prospect, consult with clients, and sell personal and commercial insurance policies while building lasting relationships to drive retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty license.
• Proven track record in insurance sales or related sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus in the Houston market.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Sell and service personal and/or commercial insurance policies
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and renewals
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and production goals
• Process policy applications, endorsements, and changes accurately and efficiently
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
