Kemper is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Agent in New Iberia, LA, to build a book of business through field visits, product recommendations, and sales presentations. You will collect premiums, service existing policies, and pursue new opportunities in a people-focused role.

This full-time position offers a pay-for-performance model, with a Licensed Agent Bonus Program and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver’s license and active licensure are required to serve Kemper Life products.

Competenze

• Must be fully licensed to sell Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C)
• Customer service experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance coverage
• Dependable vehicle for daily travel
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
• Authorization to work in the United States

Mansioni

• Coordinating home visits and conducting sales presentations, recommending products, and closing new sales
• Prospecting for new sales opportunities
• Maintaining strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule you determine
• Responding promptly to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans
• Record keeping and processing policy paperwork
• Grow the assigned territory through new sales
• Build strong working relationships with customers
• Dedicate time to fulfill role responsibilities
