Job summary

The Trevonne Underwood Agency, a fast-paced, growth-driven agency specializing in Farmers Insurance products, is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer in Texas. This role focuses on building relationships, closing sales, and delivering value to clients while protecting their financial future.

You'll generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking, conduct needs-based consultations, and maintain accurate CRM records to drive retention and referrals.

Qualifications

• P&C license in Texas is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and coachable in a sales-driven environment.
• Ability to manage high-volume leads and multi-task.
• Professional phone presence with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
• Quote and sell Farmers Insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend coverage and close sales
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive retention, cross-selling, and referrals
• Meet monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Maintain records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM
