Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Active Life & Health license required.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop leads through proactive outreach and existing client referrals.
• Schedule appointments and conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Market and sell property, casualty, life, and health insurance products.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize solutions and achieve agency goals.
