State Farm Agency in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time role combines sales, lead follow-up, policy service, and customer relationship management to help clients choose the right coverage.

Qualified candidates have an active P&C license; Life & Health license is a plus. You will quote coverage, cross-sell products, and deliver friendly service while working toward sales goals.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and explain options clearly.
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
• Comfortable working toward sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Follow up with prospective customers and existing leads.
• Develop leads and schedule insurance appointments.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Provide quotes and explain coverage options.
• Market and cross-sell State Farm insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet sales goals as an individual and as a team.
• Deliver professional, responsive, and friendly customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
• Assist customers with questions about coverage, billing, policy changes, transfers, and claims-related concerns.
