Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish new customer relationships and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
