Job summary

Qualifications

• Insurance sales experience and Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to meet sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to multi-task and relate to customers
• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification
