Job summary

Hupp Family Agencies in North Aurora, IL is hiring a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. You will quote, follow up, and close personal-lines policies, focusing on auto, home, and renters through our lead program and sales tools.

You will work with an experienced team, receive training and coaching, and benefit from a defined sales process, a base salary plus uncapped commissions, and opportunities for advancement as the agency grows.

Qualifications

• Prior insurance sales experience preferred.
• Active Illinois Property and Casualty license preferred.
• Personal-lines knowledge including auto/homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell personal-lines insurance products (auto, home, renters, condo, landlord, umbrella).
• Respond promptly to agency-provided leads and opportunities.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails; follow up with prospects.
