Kemper in Rockingham, North Carolina is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (full-time with benefits) to join our field sales team. You will visit homes, present products, collect premiums, and build an established book of business with income through commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance coverage.
• Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating home visits and conducting sales presentations, recommending products, and closing new sales.
• Prospecting for new sales opportunities.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule you determine.
• Responding to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
• Record keeping, accounting for money collected, and processing policy paperwork.
