Kemper is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent in Louisburg, NC for a full-time field role with benefits. The agent will manage an established book of business, visit customers, collect premiums, and close new sales on a flexible, performance-driven pay model.

Responsibilities include coordinating home visits, prospecting, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring timely policy processing. A valid license and driving-ready vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed to sell Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Customer service experience and ability to prospect for new sales.
• Must be able to pass background checks and driving-related verifications.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home visits and deliver sales presentations to close new business.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities and grow the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong client relationships and collect premiums on schedule.
• Respond to service requests (beneficiary changes, claims, loans).
• Handle record keeping and policy paperwork diligently.
