Simply Business seeks Licensed Insurance Agents to join our Customer Solutions Center in Boston. You’ll guide customers through their sales journey, helping them find the right coverage for their business and driving a great customer experience.

The role is hybrid, with in-office attendance required at least once per month for connections events and team building. A Property & Casualty Producer license and call center insurance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• A Property & Casualty Producer license is required.
• At least one year of experience selling insurance in a call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor conversations to customer needs.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role with in-office attendance at least once per month.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Cross-sell additional products to new and existing customers to ensure full coverage.
• Participate in Test and Learn initiatives to drive growth and satisfaction.
• Meet performance metrics for sales, premiums, policies per customer, quality and productivity.
• Follow compliance and quality standards.
• Use internal systems to maintain accurate customer, quote, and policy information.
• Follow up with customers in a timely manner.
