Sean DeLeon Agency LLC – Farmers Insurance in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join a top-performing team. You’ll work with warm leads, receive mentorship, and contribute to ongoing agency success while developing into a stronger producer.

The ideal candidate has an active license or ability to obtain one, strong sales and customer-service skills, and a bilingual English/Spanish background. A supportive, growth-oriented environment with Monday–Friday hours awaits.

Qualifications

• Texas Property & Casualty license preferred; willingness to obtain required.
• Previous insurance, sales, or customer-facing experience
• Ability to discuss products and coverage options clearly
• Strong follow-up and time-management habits
• Professional and personable communication style
• Self-motivated approach to reaching sales goals
• Comfortable learning and utilizing agency technology
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are highly valued

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective and existing clients about their insurance needs
• Provide insurance quotes and coverage recommendations
• Sell auto, home, life, and commercial products
• Work warm leads generated through agency marketing
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing households
• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Meet established production and performance expectations
• Document sales activity and maintain organized client records
• Follow all applicable agency and Farmers procedures
