Qualifications

• Active Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Active Texas Life and Health Insurance License.
• Minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software platforms.
• Clear and articulate communication in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base by connecting with people in the San Antonio area and helping them understand their coverage options.
• Conduct thorough insurance reviews to identify gaps in coverage and offer solutions that bring peace of mind.
• Prepare accurate quotes and assist potential clients in transitioning their policies to our agency.
• Maintain organized records of all client interactions and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in community events to build our agency’s reputation and presence.
• Continuously expand your product knowledge to ensure clients receive the most relevant and helpful advice.
