• Share training and education knowledge with the team.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Foster strong relationships to maintain client retention and product loyalty.
• Assess and identify the wants and needs of customers over the phone.

• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
