Browning Insurance Agency is growing and seeking a competitive, motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to build a serious career in insurance sales. We offer a guaranteed base salary, uncapped commissions, leads, coaching, technology, benefits, and a proven sales process.

Successful producers with strong pipelines and consistent production have the opportunity to earn $70,000–$100,000+ annually and advance through a results-driven, supportive environment.

Competenze

• Active NC Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
• Confidently asking for the sale is expected.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Coachable and able to follow a structured sales process.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

• Respond quickly to new leads and sales opportunities.
