Browning Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to build a long-term career in insurance sales. This role offers a guaranteed base salary plus uncapped commissions, leads, coaching, and a proven sales process.

Successful producers who hit production goals can earn $70,000–$100,000+ annually. You’ll identify clients’ needs and tailor coverage for Auto, Home, Renters, and more, with a Monday–Friday schedule and strong team support.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Experience in Allstate or personal-lines insurance is preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and asking for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads quickly and pursue opportunities.
