Successful producers who build a strong pipeline can earn $70,000–$100,000+ annually. You’ll help individuals and families protect what matters most by identifying needs and recommending appropriate coverage, with a structured

Qualifications

• Active NC Property & Casualty license required to work in NC.
• Strong communication skills and outbound calling ability are essential.
• Ability to confidently ask for the sale and follow a structured sales process.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, coachable, and able to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new leads and sales opportunities.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, and other personal lines.
• Conduct needs-based conversations, not just price-based selling.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and CRM; follow defined sales processes and coaching.
• Build a high-producing book through referrals and consistent activity.
