Qualifications

• California Property & Casualty license required.
• Life & Health license not required, but a plus.
• Experience in an insurance agency or customer service.
• Comfort with computers and multiple quoting platforms.
• Ability to explain policy details in plain language.
• Reliable transportation for daily work in Woodland Hills.

Responsibilities

• Build personalized insurance solutions addressing clients' protection needs.
• Guide prospects through auto, home, and life policy quotes.
• Cross-sell to existing clients and work leads to increase sales.
• Review client accounts to ensure appropriate coverage as lives/assets change.
• Maintain accurate client records for renewals and claims processing.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative office atmosphere.
