Job summary

This W-2 role offers a base salary with commission and bonus opportunities, Mon-Fri schedule, and hands-on training to help you succeed in outside sales and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record in retail or outside sales.
• Excellent customer service abilities and responsiveness to client needs.
• Ability to analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Clear verbal and written communication; bilingual/multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Farmers clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities for sales.
• Explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits to clients.
