Intrepid Direct is hiring for a Sales Executive to drive new business within franchise-based industries. You will start with the 90-day Intrepid Producer Academy (IPA) to become licensed in Property & Casualty and learn the business from the ground up.

After licensing, you will manage a defined sales territory, build relationships, and generate opportunities through disciplined outbound activity, with mentorship within a Fortune 500-backed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to pass P&C exam within first 60 days.
• Track record of success.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn and follow processes with a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 90-day Intrepid Producer Academy (IPA) and obtain Property & Casualty license.
• Transition into a defined sales territory as a licensed Sales Executive.
• Engage business owners within franchise brands to develop opportunities.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound activity (calls, emails, networking).
