Job summary

Intrepid Direct offers a 90-day Intrepid Producer Academy (IPA) to build the foundation for a successful insurance sales career, including earning a Property & Casualty license and exposure to key business areas. Upon completion, you transition into a defined sales territory as a licensed Sales Executive with ongoing coaching and advanced training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to pass P&C exam within first 60 days.
• Track record of success.
• Ability to learn and follow processes with a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the IPA, a structured 90-day onboarding and development program.
• Become licensed in Property & Casualty insurance and learn the business from the ground up.
• Develop understanding of selling within franchise-based industries.
• Communicate Intrepid Direct’s value across different verticals.
• Shadow sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Structured training across sales methodology and insurance coverage.
• Assess prospect operations, risks, and insurance needs.
• Continued coaching and professional development through the first year.
• Leverage Fortune 500-backed resources of W. R. Berkley Corporation.
