Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a driven Insurance Sales Representative (P&C, L&H) to join our Dallas-area agency. The role emphasizes building trusted client relationships, understanding coverage needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions.

With a base salary plus commissions and bonuses, you’ll advance sales initiatives, deliver exceptional service, and grow your professional licenses. In-person collaboration and ongoing education are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Previous experience in P&C insurance sales preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and sales skills.
• Ability to work in person at the agency office.
• L&H license preferred; willingness to obtain it if not held.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand insurance needs.
• Identify and engage new prospects through sales conversations and referrals.
• Prepare customized quotes, explain options, and present recommendations.
• Close sales and assist enrollment for various products.
• Advise clients on protecting homes, vehicles, families, and finances.
• Support cross-selling Life & Health insurance as licensed.
