gobravvo is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent in Texas to build relationships with individuals, families, and businesses, offering auto, home, life, and commercial policies. The role features uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and a structured sales system with ongoing coaching to support your professional growth.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Property & Casualty or Life & Health or willing to obtain the necessary credentials.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses if not held.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, engage, and close new business in auto, home, life, and commercial insurance lines.
• Provide accurate quotes, bind coverage, and issue policies efficiently and compliantly.
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to maximize value for each client.
• Meet and exceed monthly production and sales targets.
• Follow proven sales systems and participate in ongoing sales coaching programs.
• Ensure compliance with all state insurance regulations and agency standards.
• Maintain detailed client records and manage policy renewals proactively.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the agency's reputation for integrity and excellence.
