gobravvo in Dallas, TX is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Representative (P&C) to help clients protect what matters most. You will build lasting client relationships, prospect for new business, and guide customers to suitable P&C products in person at the Dallas office.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in person at the Dallas, TX office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
• Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Recommend appropriate property and casualty insurance products tailored to client requirements.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering value-based conversations.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding coverage options, policy changes, billing, and claims.
• Ensure clients receive accurate and timely information to make informed decisions about their policies.
• Track and achieve sales goals and quotas as established by the agency.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
