gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) to advise clients on property, casualty, life, and health insurance products and provide tailored solutions. You will help clients protect assets, secure financial futures, and contribute to a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance sales experience preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred; must be able to obtain required licenses if not already held.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to build rapport and relate to a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify leads through prospecting methods, including outbound calls and referrals.
• Schedule and conduct appointments to assess client needs and recommend insurance products and services.
• Establish and nurture positive customer relationships through regular follow-up and proactive communication.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries about availability, eligibility, coverages, changes, transfers, claims and billing.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by closing new business and retaining existing clients.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance regulations, products, and underwriting requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance agency performance and client satisfaction.
