Dick Hannah Insurance Agency is seeking Licensed Insurance Agents to join our team in the United States. You will sell auto, home, renters, and other policies, using leads provided by the Dick Hannah Dealerships to build lasting client relationships and reach sales goals.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and explain insurance policies (auto, home, renters, and more) tailored to client needs.
• Acquire new clients while focusing on retention and satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients to ensure excellent service and cross-sell additional products.
• Build strong, lasting relationships to maintain high client loyalty.
• Meet sales performance goals (e.g., $20,000/month in new business premium on average).
• Maintain compliance with underwriting and industry regulations.
