Dick Hannah Dealerships is seeking a Licensed Agency Consultant to deliver exceptional service to clients and internal teams. The role includes handling inquiries, processing claims, maintaining records, and performing essential administrative tasks to keep the agency running smoothly.

Compensation features a base hourly rate with commission on written premiums; average total compensation around $55,000. New hires with a P&C license start at $22/hour with 3-10% commission; non-licensed hires

Qualifications

• Active property and casualty insurance license required.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Excellent administrative and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers promptly and courteously.
• Answer and route incoming calls and manage voicemails daily.
• Post customer payments and complete administrative duties.
• Schedule policy reviews and address policy changes.
• Identify cross-sale opportunities and write new policies.
• Investigate billing questions and handle department correspondence.
