The Juris Agency in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a licensed sales producer to quote and bind auto, home, umbrella, and personal lines policies. You’ll build relationships, follow a structured sales process, and convert prospects into loyal households with the support of exclusive lead programs.

We offer daily coaching, strong earning potential, and clear path into senior producer and leadership roles as the agency grows. Licensed in NH is required; Life & Health license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active NH Property & Casualty license required before start date.
• Experience in insurance sales preferred; Allstate experience is a plus, not required.
• Ability to explain coverage clearly and close sales.
• Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline.

Responsabilités

• Consult with prospects to assess needs and identify coverage gaps.
• Quote and issue auto, home, umbrella, and other personal lines policies.
• Cross-sell and bundle existing accounts.
• Work leads daily and follow the sales process; document conversations.
• Refer life and financial services opportunities to the specialist.
• Keep clients informed on policy changes and renewals in plain English.
