J Perez Insurance Agency is expanding its sales team and seeks a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to build a career with an award-winning agency. The role focuses on outbound calls, lead follow-up, quoting, and closing insurance sales across Auto, Home, Renters, and more.

Experience is helpful but not required; training will cover insurance products, systems, and the sales process. Strong drive, accountability, and coachability are valued for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Florida Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required to sell insurance.
• Proven ability to work from remote locations and follow a structured sales process.
• Comfortable with a high-volume outbound calling environment.

Responsabilités

• Work agency-provided insurance leads and make outbound calls.
• Follow up with prospects and leads to move them through the sales funnel.
• Prepare insurance quotes and present options clearly and professionally.
• Explain coverage options and gather necessary information to bind policies.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track activities.
• Meet monthly sales targets and participate in ongoing coaching and training.
• Build relationships to generate referrals and expand opportunities.
