A regional insurance provider in West Virginia is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Member Service Specialist. Responsibilities include assisting insurance staff, promoting services, and helping clients with health insurance needs. The ideal candidate has administrative support experience, strong technical and communication skills, and must obtain certain insurance licenses within 6 months, all covered by the company. Qualifications

• Administrative support experience is required.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude expected.
• Property & Casualty license must be obtained within 6 months of hire, paid for by the company.
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 6 months of hire, paid for by the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to county insurance staff in servicing products.
• Work with County Board of Directors.
• Promote Farm Bureau Bank.
• Assist individuals/members with health insurance needs.
