Jeff Sawyer State Farm is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. You will be the primary contact for existing customers, answering policy questions, handling billing inquiries, renewals, and account updates while delivering an exceptional experience.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, or willing to obtain licensing with our support.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers.
• Assist with policy questions, billing inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and account updates.
• Help customers understand their coverage and available options.
• Provide professional support during claims-related questions and follow-up.
• Proactively follow up with customers regarding outstanding account needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account activity.
• Collaborate with the agency team to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
