Qualifications

• Experience in commission or outbound sales, account management, or customer service.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems, insurance software, and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide exceptional service and policy support.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Cross-sell and upsell personal and commercial insurance products.
• Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate rates and terms.
• Maintain knowledge of products, regulations, and market trends.
• Utilize CRM and insurance management software to track interactions and policy details.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to agency growth.
