• Active New York P&C Insurance License required.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective policyholders, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to support clients with auto, home, life, and commercial insurance needs.
• Assist clients through the claims process, providing guidance and follow-up support.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems.
